Needless to say, exam day did NOT go well. Some important news!

If you're ever planning on visiting London/England then this is definitely on the list of stops for anyone who loves fashion. Infact, even if you don't, its pretty incredible to just turn up, wander around, get some thai food, that sort of thing!

The market is definitely a sight to behold, I literally spent a whole weeks paycheck there within a few hours. Not to say its expensive - the Topshop-style clothes are very cheap!

I was going to show you my purchases, but one of the tops are in the wash so i'll wait for my next post :) These are pics me and my friend took. You can totally tell who has the good camera, right?

In some other personal news...

So the titles a little bit of a lie, my results were good and I was really pleased with them, but I didn't get into my Unis and I got into nowhere through clearing. So I'm officially here for another year! (If you did need to know the horrible details, they're on my formspring. I felt it a bit tedious to type out my life story on the blog)

The way you can view this is as a good or bad thing. The good thing is, there will still be a post every 2/3 days as I imagined when I got to Uni i'd be put off by adjusting/partying/work etc. As you can imagine the last week i've been headless-chickening trying to sort stuff out!

Posts are coming back to regular v soon, for the entire year, but obviously I needed that little break. To be honest i've been wandering around with no makeup and spontaneously bursting into tears anyway, and thats not particularly attractive for photo taking.

This also gives me time to a) Actually start my eBay/blogshop (Which will be very soon) and b) Save up that money to buy a proper camera, a D3000 (like kavitas from iheartvintagex) which means better quality pics and more of them!

Sorry for boring-ness, but I thought I should explain, seeing as I've lost two followers in the last week!

Well this is awkward.

Hey guys. I don't normally do these lame apology-style posts, but just thought i'd give you a quick update!

In a couple of hourse I get my A Level results - if you've seen my profile you'll know i'm on a GAP year to resit exams. For those of you who asked, i'm hoping to go to Leeds or Sheffield Uni :)

So basically i've spent the whole week freaking out and constantly going out and getting drunk to avoid thinking about today, which is why theres been no posts in like over a week!

If today goes well, all should go back to normal in a couple of days, but if it goes badly I might not want to do any outfit posts for a little while - hope you guys understand. Would be pretty devastating to know I put all this hard work in for nothing!

So good luck to anyone else getting results! And whatever happens today, I just hope it will be as quick and painless as possible!

Outfit post and Spirit Hoods - would you get one?

My exam results are one week today, wish me luck! :) :(

Top - Camden Market
Skirt - Topshop
Belt - Primark
Boots - VTG
Tights - Topshop
Necklace - Topshop

These are some more pics of the Spirit Hoods i've been going on about. I think they're amazing! I've decided that seeing as they're so expensive, if I get into the Uni I want I'm congratulating myself with one. And if I don't then i'm consoling myself with one. Its win win!

They've been seen on tonnes of celebrities recently (including Ke$ha, as shown below) and they recently expanded to be able to deliver outside the US (For a hefty shipping and handling fee :/) so I can see these things getting big. Plus a percentage of every purchase goes to a charity for the animal of the print you buy :)

Which one do you think I should get? I like the leopard print, panda and snow leopard :)

Outfit Post / Emma Watson's New Hairstyle?

How you guys been? Was meant to do this yesterday, but ended up popping to Camden instead :) I'll take pictures next time i'm there, I can't believe how much I missed it, its truely amazing!

Cardigan - River Island
Top - Primark
Skirt - Zara
Belt - eBay
Brogues - Leeds thrift

Tights - Topshop
Bag - eBay

From now on i'm going to try and pose a different general fashion question with every post. For example, what trends you're loving/hating right now, would you wear this, etc. For my first I thought i'd start with Emma Watsons radical new hairstyle;
No-one can get away with this look and still look pretty and feminine imo, so I hate the cut. On the other hand, i've always thought shes one of the most stunning girls in the UK so she can kind of get away with it. I far preferred it the way it was, though.

I imagine she was liberating herself as when she was doing Harry Potter she wasn't free to experiment so much. Well good on her if she likes it, but what do you guys think?

I could really use a wish right now

Reeeally into cosmic prints atm. (Thats what my two edited pictures above were inspired by)
For examplemmmmm:
These bad boys are from http://www.youreyeslie.com/ if you wanna check them out. They're pretty expensive though, so I'm looking for a cheaper alternative. I'll let you know via outfit post when I get one!
Anyway, onto todays outfit;

Hairband - New Look
Jumper - Topshop
Vest - Primark
Leggings - Primark
Boots - VTG

Sorry this was posted late, I think i'm going to stick to posting every 2/3 days as thats the easiest for me!
